My Note on 13th Dec 2009

Today is my due date & second day of my stay at ward 6 kb hospital. At this morning around 8:46am another doctor on duty induce me for second time. As like yesterday I have to lay down for 2 hour in the bed but since today is more colder than yesterday, I have to push button for nurse assistant to let me go to the toilet.
My bp is high since yesterday n today the doctor increase in take of 2 tablet of aldomet twice a day to 2 tablets 3 times a day.
I change more than twice my panty cause of bloody disharge. Twice ecg this morning n lunch time. The pain from induce getting worst at night start at 10pm onwards.. Pain & Sleepy, till morning I can't even get some sleep.

My Note on 12th Dec 2009

Today I will be admited to Ward 6 at Kb Hospital. I will be induce by the doctor as discussion on last appointment on thursday 10th Dec. The truth that I don't want to be admit today (boleh escape kah inda payah kena tahan ari ani?).

At this time I was admited in room 3 ward 6 at kb hospital. It already an hour (start at 2:46pm) after the doctor put the medicine. I can't get up n advice to lay down for 2 hour. Can't sleep cause the room is cold n I need to go to the toilet. Ngilu dah rasanya ni.

My Note on 8th Dec 2009

Just a few day before my due date on this sunday..
Look at my swollen feet, below picture. The swollen has not been reduced since yesterday & this is a record for me cause the swollen increase till my ankle. I didn't feel any sign of labour yet, just difficulty to sleep at night since my tummy grow bigger & can't turn to the right & left so easily.

If nothing happen tonight ( mana tau kan beranak mlm ani), I have another Gynea appointment on this Thursday 10th Dec.

My Note on 7th Dec 2009

Alhamdulilah.. I still able to attend my in law wedding with my tummy reach 39weeks yesterday.. and able to wear my uniform he he he... also being make up by my youngest in law GF.. as her became my MUA yesterday.. Thank you nana..
I'm sorry to say that I'm not able to lend any hand/help since the wedding only to bring my big tummy & sit around with the family, taking picture & eat. Sorry banyak2 ah.. Other thing that Lucky & nasib jua ah yesterday my tummy inda sakit2 & no sign of labour. If not spoil the event yesterday & I not be able to wear & eat the cuppies.. ha ha ha... yang banar kan..

My Feet is heavily swollen yesterday and especially at night. I'm having difficulty to wake up from the bed as my feet still swollen. Frequent Urination at night is common for me in this few days.. After the wedding yesterday I eat a lot & also during the wedding.. awu berabis x ah ku makan kemarin.. ku takut nanti krg baby ku lahir kluar air liur ja..
As for my lovely daughter as you can see from the pic above.. She crying when her Angah rijal came into the hall during the wedding. As I was 'Tekezut" to hear some kids crying after the annoucement was made by her Daddy. Pikir anak siapa ja menangis ni rupanya anak sendiri ha ha ha ha.. buat spoil uang punya majlis ja. So as expected by us that she will cry & "pangku2" with her angah during this wedding.

My Note on 4th Dec 2009

My pregnancy will turn to 39 weeks this sunday (6th Dec 2009). Just a few more day till my Due date.. But mudahan jua till my due then I can deliver my baby cause of my in law wedding on this sunday. I haven't pick up my uniform, suppose to be the uniform is ready on last monday 30th Nov unfortunately we came to pick up on Tuesday 1st Dec but alum g siap.. So she promise again the uniform will be ready on Thursday 3rd. I call her again & she said that Adriana uniform still not yet ready to be pick up and she will msg me in the afternoon. She did msg but it already in the late afternoon around 6pm. So who want to go to Lumut to pick up the uniform? so no body lah...

Because of some complication yesterday my hospital bag is already pack in the car with the baby clothes. Last Night is the best night cause I can sleep well then a few days before. Alhamdulilah nothing bad happen last night jua.. I though that I going to deliver last night. I hope tomorrow I can do some shopping for my self (tuk menyanang kan ati b4 beranak & dlm masa pantang nanti cause kena quarantine about a month).

Ok till tomorrow.. If I can update this blog cause tomorrow we will be in Bandar till this monday.

My Note on 26th Nov 2009

Thursday 26th Nov 2009

Today my appointment at Gynea KB and arrive around 7:20am got number 5 this week. I waited till 8:20am then my turn to see the specialist. finish around 8:35am and I being request to go again to ward 6 for ECG ( Every week have to do ECG and the Doctor say because of my BP and have to monitor the baby movement/heart beat by ECG).

Before ECG Bp 130/90 and weight 75.2kg
After ECG Bp 130/80.

My baby heart beat after 10min of ECG.. Not a very good curve (Look at the Curve from the top), if this continue.. 100% sure I will be admit to the ward today.. The baby heart beat is only around 140 to 130 and not very active probably sleep..
This is what happen back in 2007 when I pregnant of Adriana & have this emergency C-section.

After the one of the nurse give me 2 candy to eat slowly and the baby start to wake up & move n kick.. Then the heart beat is around 140 above to 180 ( more than 170 if the baby is active)

End of ECG around 9:35am..

Inshaallah my next appointment on the 3rd Dec 2009 at Gynea Kb. and not forgetful I have to eat big breakfast cause for sure next appointment I have another ECG.

My Note on 24th Nov 2009

Today my last appointment at Panaga Antenatal.. as my blood pressure is 127/85.. My urine is ok & my weight is 74.5kg.. So no more going to panaga clinic starting next week and all is being refer to Kb Hospital start this Thursday 26th Nov 2009.

My Note on 19th Nov 2009

Today my appointment at Gynea kb. Arrive at 7:16am and I got number 7.
My weight is 75.2kg & my Bp is high 140/90 & 140/80 when check at Doctor room.
After I done my check up with the Doctor, I go to Ward 6 for ECG. So here the picture..

If the graph has a lot of curve (high & low curve) so the baby is ok.. actually there are button to press if the baby is moving & kick but unfortunately the machine I used don't have it. SO I have to remember how many kick & move till the nurse come & off the machine.

Ok start next week I will be visiting Kb hospital every week cause my pregnancy will turn to 37 weeks next week.

My Note on 10th Nov 2009

Date: Tuesday 10th Nov 2009

Today I have an appointment at Panaga Antenatal at 1:00pm. My Bp is 119/84 and my urine test only +2 on discharge. Everything is ok and my next appointment at panaga Antenatal will be on 24th Nov 2009 (inshallah if nothing happen)

Next week my next appointment at Gynea Kb on 19th Nov 2009.

What happen to me the past few day..
Frequent urination especially at night. (actually already start at first week of my third trimester) reduce intake of fluid at night.
Weight gain my weight gain from 72.5kg on 27th Oct 2009 to 74.3kg on 5th Nov 2009 & today 10th Nov 2009 into 74.5kg.
Vaginal discharge the discharge color is white & not forgetful to change panty liner often.
Swelling especially my feet but lucky this time my feet is not so often swollen.
Shortness of breath especially after eating. I have to control my food intake kalau inda sanak...
Sleep... Difficult to sleep (beside frequent urination). very hard for me to turn from right to left side. (Also this 2nd pregnancy difficult for me to sleep as my first pregnancy.. sanang2 ja tido n no problem pusing kiri n kanan)

Today my appointment at Panaga Antenatal around 01:10pm. Adriana is at her Grandparent house (my Parent in law house) at Pandan after we sent our material for her Angah weding at Lumut. So I will be pick her up after my appointment. She wake up early today around 8:30am.. I will be update this blog later.. k

I start packing some of my stuff for my hospital bag.. I just need a few thing more to complete for my hospital bag such as towel & sock. To tell the truth I'm not excited just Worried that all and please don't get me wrong (jgn salah paham ah.. ku takut krg kelam kabut mun udah bertahan nanti d hospital.. tau2 ku terberanak ntah bila??) And I don't want to be like my first one before That's All...

This is just a few stuff that already being pack in the bag.

Ah I just notice that mothercare Nursing Bra in Brunei price is more cheaper than the one in Singapore (same brand & 2 in 1 pack just the price in Singapore is around SGD$70+ & in Brunei is around $50+) The problem is the size is limited in Brunei (lakas abis wah certain size atu & semua nya yg basar2 kanya tinggal)

For new baby I already bought Oil Of Eucalyptus (minyak Kayu Putih), Drapolene & Po Sum On Oil (minyak King Kong) and EQ New born Pampers (contain of 22pc pampers). But most important is New Born Pampers & clothes for the babies to wear in the hospital.

I notice today that both of my feet is swelling. last time on my first pregnancy my feet swallow at the time my grandmother pass away (1st March 2007). It was my 31 weeks of my pregnancy before delivery Adriana by c-section on my 35 weeks of pregnancy.
At last today I can eat Durian Kuning.. Actually I been wanted to craving Durian Kuning but no body in the family buy Durian Kuning but they buy a lot of Durian Putih. Also I eat a lot of langsat today & no wonder why.. ( ntah psal manis x & fresh from the tree he he. he..)
yeah.. I also craving for fried Kuay Tiaw.. but in certain restaurant & gerai only especially the one in simpur..



I can't sleep well already and frequent going to toilet at night.. My pillow is not enough to support my Bum & use the rest of the pillow for my feet (supaya swollen feet tu tuhus). My feet already start cramp at night while sleep. So before sleep I have to do some strecthing on my feet.. (exercise cikit2 lah arah kaki tu).. I have to stop drinking Fluid before 5pm. I eat my medicine at 6 or 7pm with little water but still frequent going to toilet ( selalu ke toilet balik2 dlm kul 11pm to 2am & finally baru tah tido nyaman dlm kul 3am or 4am tapi bgn g dlm kul 6am tuk ke toilet).

I will continue my note next time or maybe tomorrow. k

Date: Thursday 22nd Oct 2009

Today my appointment at Gynea Kb, arrive & register at the Gynea receptionist at 8am. But I got no 21 for my check up.. (tekezutnya.. dtg kul 8pagi pun bleh dpt no 21 biasa no:11 mun time ca ni) I meet one of our friend who also have an appointment and arrive at 7:45am and her turn no is 16. Finally my turn is around 9:45am at room D (baru tah jumpa Doctor dari dtg kul 8am & abis dlm kul 9:55am cause masa tu ku call my dad suruh ambil dari hospital) and the midwife nurse check my belly & heart beat of the baby. No second time check Bp with the Doctor like always.
My Bp Check 120/80 (Nurse check pakai manual punya Blood Pressure bukan yg Digital so ani inda menipu punya reading) and weight at 72.1kg. Everything is ok and alhamdulilah jua.. inda banyak cakap.. only the doctor ask me "are you ok?' & "enough the medicine?" and next appointment on 2 weeks which is on Thursday 5th of November 2009.


My appointment with Gynea starting today onwards is in 2 weeks ( if your pregnancy turn to 37weeks it will be every weeks) and as my calendar show that my appointment for both Panaga & Gynea is every weeks starting from 13th Oct last weeks. ( 4minggu ani ke Hospital saja jumpa Doctor)

Next appointment at Panaga on Tuesday 27th Oct 2009 and Gynea at 5th Nov 2009.

This afternoon I have Dental appointment at Panaga Clinic around 1:00pm. I feel sleepy nih.. so I need a quick nap.. Layu dah mata ku ni.. k take care..

----update at 2:32pm---

So this is my last appointment for Dental at Panaga for my 32weeks pregnancy (appointment only when your pregnant and also every tuesday afternoon just like antenatal). Alhamdulilah everything is ok and the doctor only check my teeth just a few minutes (ntah inda sampai seminit pun). No bleeding gum and swollen. The Doctor advice me to make an appointment around 4 to 5 months after deliver the baby (normal appointment for dental check up). So happy that my dad who also accompany me to the dental "heran" and said "Sakajap jua".
Syukur jua no more appointment for dental after this, so easy for me to focus my next appointment at Gynea Kb this Thursday 22nd Oct 2009 and on the next or probably my last antenatal appointment at panaga next week on Tuesday 27th Oct 2009. After this Gerenti kompom my next appointment will be every 2 weeks onwards at Gynea kb.(pasal this weeks my belly turn to 33 weeks so just to make sure my Bp is not high like 140/100 above so gerenti lah kalau tinggi kena suruh tingal d hotel)

ok the end.. wait till my next appointment on this thursday 22nd Oct 2009.

Week 30 How Big is the Baby at 30 Weeks Pregnant?
By 30 weeks pregnant your baby weighs 2.9 pounds and is just about 15.7 inches long!
Your Baby's Growth and Development
Your baby is continuing to grow and develop during pregnancy at 30 weeks, filling out your uterus more and more every day. You have probably noticed an arm or leg moving across your belly at one time or another. Many parents have a lot of fun playing "guess the body part" as their unborn baby moves underneath mom's belly during pregnancy 30 weeks. This game is even more interesting as your pregnancy week by week continues. A hard round lump is likely either the head or your baby's bottom, whereas a longer flat surface may be your baby's back. Your healthcare provider may be able to help you identify your baby's bumps and lumps at your next prenatal visit.
The volume of amniotic fluid in your belly will slowly start to decrease as your baby starts to take up more and more space in your belly.

Baby’s Development

At 30 weeks pregnant stage, the baby’s approximate weight is about 1.5 kg or 3 pounds and approximate length from head to toe is about 14 to 17 inches or 36 to 38 cms. The baby becomes quite sensitive to the surroundings and is aware of the happenings around. The baby starts having definite sleep and waking patterns and the expectant mother is able to identify these. The baby’s and mothers sleep cycles need not necessarily match. The baby has become so big by now, that it is occupying nearly the entire uterine cavity. The baby moves and plays quite vigorously now. When the baby is not moving, it will generally be in a sitting position with the head in upward direction. Now is the time, when the baby starts positioning itself for exit by easing and resting the head on mother’s pelvic bones.

The baby’s brain is developing very fast during this period. The brain trains the eyes for opening and lungs for breathing. The baby is able to see the happenings in the uterus and can differentiate light and darkness and is capable of tracking a light source. The baby reacts to outer lights. Baby has fully developed and functional digestive tract and lungs during the 30 weeks pregnant stage.

Your Growth and Development
Your uterus is now about 4 inches above your belly button at pregnancy week 30. You are now in the home stretch of pregnancy by pregnancy at 30 weeks, and quickly running out of room to expand!
Changes in You
You are probably starting to feel more tired by 30 weeks pregnant. This is due in part to the increasing levels of progesterone in your body during pregnancy 30 weeks and in part because you are probably having trouble getting comfortable enough to sleep at night. If you haven't already invested in a body pillow or two by now, you should.
If you find you are having a difficult time shifting positions at night during pregnancy week 30 and beyond, consider investing in a set of silk sheets. Then why not splurge on a pair of silk pajamas? You'll find moving in bed and shifting positions is a lot simpler when you can easily slide across your sheets. Some women find it most comfortable to sleep in a semi-upright position. If you have a recliner available you might try resting there for a nap or two. This may make it easier to switch from side to side, or at the very least get up after snoozing for an hour or two.
Your balance is probably quite a bit skewed by 30 weeks pregnant. In addition pregnancy hormones have allowed your joints to loosen. Many women find that their feet go up an entire size during pregnancy. This is due to these loosening joints. Most of the time if your foot grows during pregnancy, it will not go back to normal after (sorry ladies!).
Many women find that they are experiencing more emotional swings once again when they enter the third trimester.

Both the mother and baby are continuing to grow steadily during the 30 weeks pregnant stage. You might start feeling uncomfortable due to the weight increase and expanded stomach. The tiredness and fatigue also increase considerably at this stage. You may not be getting enough comfortable sleep at night. The expectant mother might be experiencing strain on the lower back. This is because the body’s centre of gravity is changing. She can reduce this strain by good posture maintenance. The progesterone levels in the body are increasing and this makes the pregnant woman feel exhausted.

There is additional secretion of pregnancy hormones which loosens up the body joints. In case of many women, the third trimester could be a trying period due to increased emotional changes and mood swings. The pregnant women may have a difficult time in changing positions during night due to the distended belly. They must make use of body pillows for comfortable resting positions. Recliners can also be used for having short naps. For some women, a semi upright pose seems to be most comfortable position for sleeping. At the 30 weeks pregnant stage, the Braxton Hicks contractions are experienced by many women. The volume of the amniotic fluid starts decreasing as the baby starts getting bigger. The expectant mothers might start feeling breathless around 30 weeks of pregnancy; this is due to the pressing of the uterus against the diaphragm. This is temporary and eating and breathing will become easier by 34th week, when the baby’s head will move downwards. The frequency for urination increase considerably by this time, when there is increased pressure on the lower part of the body. Some women may have high sugar levels or high blood pressure.

My Note

Today I start eat 2 tablets (1 tablet 250mg) of Aldomet (for Bp) twice a day instead of 4 times a day of 1 tablets (As told by Previous Specialist from Kb). Going to panaga clinic for Blood sample & urine as request by the Kb Hospital.
My Bp at 06:31pm 124/79 pul 89.

My next appointment Antenatal Panaga on 13th Oct 2009 at 1pm
Dental Appointment at Panaga on 20th Oct 2009 at 1pm
Gynea at KB Hospital on 22nd Oct 2009 at 8am.

Asalamualaikum and Good Evening, We just came back from Bandar attend my Auntie Wedding at Lambak today. The wedding picture is currently upload to photobucket so in the meantime there are no wedding picture post into this blog today. Inshaallah tomorrow the wedding picture from today will be posted in the blog.

Back at the wedding this afternoon, Some of my Auntie & cousins is supprised to see that myself is getting Big ( "Makin Berisi nya Babu Jijah") but other also not believe that I am in 5 months pregnant. They say my Tummy is look small ( cam tak percaya ja..Ha ha ha..). But there are no guessing about the gender and some of them hope it was a boy.. Amin jua ah mun dapat baby boy ni nanti. If another baby girl terima saja lah.. udah rezeki.. Just wait and see..

Ok bye2 and Iwant to go to sleep with future Big sis Adriana.. Good Night everyone..
