Oreo Cheese Cake

Oreo Cheese Cake # No Picture available.

Oreo Biscuit crust:
120g Oreo biscuits. removed Filling* n crushed

70g unsalted butter (melt)

Filling:

250g cream cheese
125g Caster Sugar
2 pics Oreo Biscuit. removed filling n crushed

*Oreo biscuit filling from crush

150g dairy whipped cream
1 1/2 table spoon gelatine powder
80ml full cream milk

METHOD:

Oreo Biscuit crust: Combine all ingredients & press into a 7" (18cm) round spring form pan. Chill in the fridge till firm.

Filling:
Beat cream cheese & caster sugar till smooth.
Add in the remainingingredients & mixed well.
COmbine gelatine powder, full cream milk & double boil till dissolved.
Pour into 2 mixture & mix well.
Spread onto the crust.

Chill in the fridge for 3 hours before served.
